Productive Process

 

1. Cutting the steel material: The first step is to cut the raw steel material into the desired size and shape.

2. Heating: The steel strip is then heated to a high temperature to make it malleable and easier to work with.

3. Rolling and annealing: The steel strip is rolled into the desired thickness and then annealed, or heat-treated, to give it the desired mechanical properties.

4. Grinding: The steel strip surface is ground to a smooth, flat finish.

5. Hardening and tempering: The steel strip is then heated again to a high temperature and quenched in a solution to harden it. It is then tempered to improve its toughness and reduce the risk of cracking.

6. Final finishing: The steel strip is polished and coated with a protective layer to ensure longevity and corrosion resistance.

7. Inspection: The final product is inspected for quality and any defects identified are corrected before shipping.
