① The steel plate delivered in the heat treatment state, when its elongation is increased by more than 2% (absolute value) than specified in the table, the tensile strength ratio is allowed to be reduced by 40MPa.

When the thickness of the steel plate and steel strip is greater than 20mm, the elongation after breaking is allowed to be reduced by 0.25% (absolute value) for every 1mm increase in thickness, the total reduction value of the thickness is not greater than 32mm shall not be greater than 2% (absolute value), and the total reduction value of the thickness is greater than 32mm shall not be greater than 3% (absolute value).

③ By agreement between the supply and demand parties, steel with a thickness of not less than 6mm can be used for 20°C or -20°C low-temperature impact test, and the test temperature and impact absorption energy of other grades are agreed by the two parties.

④ Heat treatment refers to normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering.
