Welded Stainless Steel Pipe
Welded stainless steel pipes are commonly used in a variety of industries and applications, such as in the food and beverage, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and construction industries. They are also used in applications that require high-temperature or corrosive resistance, such as in chemical processing and oil and gas exploration.
There are several types of welded stainless steel pipes, including ERW (electric resistance welded), EFW (electric fusion welded), and DSAW (double submerged arc welded) pipes. Each type has its own advantages and disadvantages, depending on the application and requirements.
welded stainless steel pipes are a durable, reliable, and cost-effective solution for many industrial and commercial applications. They are available in a wide range of sizes, grades, and finishes to meet the specific needs of each application.

Productive Process
The production process of welded stainless steel pipe involves the following steps:
1. Raw material procurement: The first step is to procure the desired grade of stainless steel raw material that is suitable for the intended application.
2. Cutting: The raw material is then cut into desired lengths or sizes using various cutting processes such as sawing, shearing, or water jet cutting.
3. Forming: The cut pieces of stainless steel are then fed into a forming machine that shapes them into cylindrical tubes.
4. Welding: The cylindrical tubes are then welded together using either the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) or MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding process.
5. Heat Treatment: Once the welding is completed, the welded stainless steel pipe is subjected to a heat treatment process to improve its mechanical properties and remove any residual stress from the welding process.
6. Finishing: The welded stainless steel pipe is then passed through various finishing processes such as polishing, buffing, or grinding to achieve the desired surface finish.
7. Inspection: The finished welded stainless steel pipe is then inspected for quality assurance to ensure that it meets the required standards and specifications.
8. Packaging and Shipping: Once the inspection is passed, the welded stainless steel pipe is then packed and shipped to the customer's location.
