Electrode selection D256(pile 256) or D266(pile 266) electrode; Before welding, the weld should be polished, the workpiece groove and edge should be cleaned, the rust and oil should be removed, and the welding rod should be dried; When welding, small diameter electrode (generally 3mm-3.5mm) should be selected, small current, high voltage, multi-layer welding, multi-pass welding, fast welding; If DC welding is used, the electrode is connected to the positive electrode; Hammer the weld after welding each layer to improve its resistance to thermal cracking.
