NM550 wear plate main purpose
1. Thermal power plant: medium speed coal mill barrel liner plate, fan impeller nest shell, dust collector inlet flue, ash pipe, bucket turbine liner plate, separator connecting pipe, coal crusher liner plate, coal hopper and crusher liner plate, burner burner, coal hopper and funnel liner plate, air preheater support shingle, separator guide blade. The steel used in the above machinery can be used in NM400, NM450 and even higher NM500 and NM600 with high material requirements.
2.the coal field: the lining of the feeding trough and funnel, the liner of the hopper, the blade of the fan, the bottom plate of the pusher, the lining plate of the cyclone dust collector, the coke guide, the lining of the ball mill, the stabilizer of the drill, the screw feeder bell and its base, the lining of the kneading machine bucket, the ring feeder, the bottom plate of the dump truck. Because the plate is used in the coal field, the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the steel plate are certain requirements, and the use environment of the coal field is relatively complex, which requires a better wear-resistant plate NM500 and NM600.
3. Cement factory: chute liner, end bushing, cyclone dust collector, powder separator blade and guide blade, fan blade and liner, recovery bucket liner, screw conveyor bottom plate, pipeline components, frit cooling disc liner, conveyor groove liner.
