High strength steel

960 belongs to the tempered steel plate for high strength structure, and the steel plate is delivered in the tempered (tempering + normalizing) state. The yield strength of 690 is above 960MPa, the general thickness is not greater than 50mm, and most of the thickness is less than 30mm, so it is widely used in the manufacture of more than 100 tons of mining car floor, pumping machinery, excavators, car cranes, crawler cranes, coal mine hydraulic supports, etc.

Q960 tempered steel excellent processing performance: steel plate can be cold processing, bending processing and cutting processing gas cut, even if not preheated will not occur cracks. When preheating, tempered steel should be processed below the tempering temperature. Excellent wear and corrosion resistance: Due to the inclusion of copper, chromium and other alloying elements, compared with general steel, corrosion resistance is good, hardness is relatively high, wear resistance is also good.
