Steel plate usage
1. Steel plates are favored for their corrosion and wear resistance, and their thickness range is much wider than ordinary steel plates. Therefore, steel panels can be found in a large number of applications where superstructure framing and indestructible durability are required.
In addition to their common structural and construction uses, these panels are also used on ships, barges or oil rigs, as well as other offshore equipment capable of withstanding the intense pressures of the harshest marine environments.
3. Due to its durability, steel plates are particularly suitable for manufacturing heavy machinery, allowing machined and consumable parts to last longer.
4. The steel plate can be further processed through heat treatment to improve its mechanical properties.
