A: After confirming the price, you can ask for samples to check our quality. We will provide you with free samples (value below USD35), as long as you can afford the express freight.

Q2:How soon can I get metal product samples?
A: After you pay the sample fee (if any) and send us the confirmed drawing, the sample will be ready for shipment within 5-7 working days. Samples will be sent to you via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS. Should arrive within 3-5 working days. You can use your own express account, or you can pay us in advance if you don't have an account.

Q3: What is the lead time for mass production of metal products?
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity. Normally, if there is no sample confirmation, it will be 15 working days to 30 working days after your deposit.

Q4: What should I do if the metal processing quality is not up to standard?
