Surfacing wear-resistant plate is widely used in electric power, coal, mining, cement and other industries by virtue of its strong wear resistance and high impact resistance. Recently, some customers have inquired about the temperature resistance effect of surfacing wear-resistant plate. JBL steel has specially done its homework and is here to share with you today.
How about the temperature resistance effect of surfacing wear-resistant plate, it needs to be specified in the following three situations:
1. Ordinary surfacing wear-resistant plate is generally recommended to be used under conditions of ≤400 degrees Celsius;
2. Low alloy surfacing wear-resistant plate (17CrMo,13Cr1MOV, etc.) is generally recommended to be used under conditions of ≤500 degrees Celsius;
3. Heat-resistant surfacing wear-resistant plate is generally recommended to be used under conditions of ≤600 degrees Celsius.
Of course, if you want to surfacing wear-resistant plate temperature effect is better, you can add vanadium (V), molybdenum (Mo) and other metal elements in the alloy wear-resistant layer, its temperature can reach 800 degrees Celsius - 1000 degrees Celsius oh, the specific or according to the working conditions to decide.
