Clamp connection
The connection principle of this method is to clamp the stainless steel pipe on the pipe with a hydraulic clamp and stop the water with an O-ring to achieve the connection effect. Although this method is simple to operate, the tube wall is very thin, the connection strength is as low as about one-third of the tube body, and it cannot be disassembled. If the burr and rough edge of the stainless steel pipe mouth are not cleaned up, it is easy to destroy the rubber ring, and it is easy to leak in the future.
Ring crimping method
The principle of the ring connection is to clamp the stainless steel pipe tightly on the pipe with a hydraulic clamp and stop the water with a broadband rubber sealing ring, so as to achieve a good connection effect. Because this method has one more indentation than the clamping type, the connection strength is slightly stronger than the clamping type. In addition, because the indentation is round, the pipe is easy to rotate, which will affect the overall sealing effect.
Flange connection
The principle of flange connection method is to connect the two connectors with flanges with fastening bolts, and then seal with flat sealing plates to achieve the corresponding connection effect. Its advantages are high connection strength, stable quality, convenient installation and disassembly, but the disadvantage is that the flange cost is relatively high.
Grooved connection
The principle of this method is to tighten the pipe with a nut, axially press the stainless steel pipe and the pipe with a convex ring, and then stop the water through the conical sealing ring, so as to achieve the connection effect. Its advantage is that it can be disassembled, but the disadvantage is that the process of tube end rolling ring is increased during the installation process, the cost of casting fixture is relatively high, and it can not be used in the pipeline with negative pressure.
Welded joint
The connection principle of this method is to weld two connectors directly through the hot melt process, so as to achieve the connection. Its advantage is that the connection strength is high, but the disadvantage is that the weld gas protection of the field welding joint is difficult to meet the standard, the weld is easy to rust, which will reduce the service life of the pipeline, and the installation quality depends largely on the technical level of the welder, so the quality stability is not high.
Tapered thread connection
The connection principle of this method is to tighten the stainless steel pipe directly, tighten the two joints of the inner and outer joints with conical pipe threads, and achieve the sealing effect through the pressure of the joint threads, so as to complete the connection. Because of the thin wall of the pipe fittings, it has the advantages of easy disassembly, convenient and simple installation, reliable and stable quality and low cost. In addition, if the external thread interface is wrapped with PTFE raw material belt, it needs to be stressed, and if the liquid raw material belt is used, it can basically ensure that the interface does not leak for a long time.
