What Is S30408 Stainless Steel Plate?
S30408 material is equivalent to 06Cr19Ni10 material under our national standard (GB/T24511-2017), which is a commonly used stainless steel material. S30408 is the name of the material with material 304 and material serial number 08 in the UNS numbering system.
Inspection Of S30408 Stainless Steel Plate:
1. Thickness test:
We used a high-precision thickness gauge to carefully inspect the thickness of each stainless steel plate. According to the S30408 standard, we ensure that the thickness of each plate is within the tolerance range to meet the customer's strict requirements for dimensional accuracy.
2. Length measurement:
Use tools such as micrometers and tape measures to accurately measure the length of stainless steel plates.
3. Chemical composition analysis
In order to ensure that the composition of the material meets international standards, we have conducted a comprehensive spectral analysis. Chemical composition testing includes the detection of key elements such as chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), carbon (C), and manganese (Mn) to ensure that the composition ratio is accurate.

4. Surface quality inspection
Visually inspect or use a magnifying glass to observe the surface of the stainless steel plate to ensure that it has no scratches, cracks, rust, contamination or other surface defects.
After completing all the rigorous inspection procedures, we will immediately arrange for shipment. To ensure that the plate is not damaged during long-distance transportation, we use professional protective packaging materials and add protective film to each stainless steel plate. In addition, the goods are clearly marked, and each batch has a corresponding production number, test report and transportation information to ensure that customers can quickly check after receiving the product.
