Product Specification

Chemical composition: Carbon content 0.47-0.55%, manganese content 0.60-0.90%, silicon content 0.15-0.35%, phosphorus content less than 0.03%, sulfur content less than 0.035%.

Mechanical properties: Tensile strength is 735-1050MPa, elongation is 10-18%, hardness is 170-230HB.

Heat treatment: quenching, tempering, normalizing and other heat treatment processes can be carried out to obtain different hardness and strength.

Machinability:  cold and hot processing, machinability and welding performance is good, suitable for a variety of precision machining.

Application:manufacturing various parts and tools with high requirements, such as molds, die frames, machine tool parts, cutting tools, etc.
