SUS304 industrial stainless steel pipe refers to: a universal stainless steel, which is widely used in the production of equipment and parts requiring good comprehensive performance (corrosion resistance and formability). SUS304 stainless steel is a grade of stainless steel produced according to the American ASTM standard, which is equivalent to China's 0Cr19Ni9 (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel.
How to calculate the pressure resistance of stainless steel pipe?

p -- Design pressure or maximum allowable working pressure, in MPa
t -- Calculate the thickness, according to internal pressure or external pressure (or vacuum), respectively, calculated by the formula thickness, see Figure 7, unit mm (mm)
f -- longitudinal welded joint coefficient or casting quality coefficient of welds, according to GB/T 20801.2-2006 Table A.3, Table A.4.
S -- The allowable stress of metal material of pipe components at design temperature, according to GB/T 20801.2-2006 Table A.1, unit is MPa;
D -- pipe diameter, nominal value of pipe diameter, or obtained by measurement, in millimeters (mm)

d -- the inner diameter of the tube, when used for pressure calculation, should be the maximum value allowed by the material standard, in millimeters (mm);
C -- Additional thickness, is the sum of corrosion, erosion margin and machining depth, that is, C = C2+C1, see standard figure 7, unit is mm (mm);
