How to improve the surface quality of 316L stainless steel plate and the surface finish of stainless steel pipe?

1. The defects that may be caused by the rolling process can be roughly divided into: raw material defects, surface spot defects, plate shape defects and edge defects.
2. Defects that may be caused by the cover return process: mainly bonding defects. Bonding is an unavoidable situation when the 316L stainless steel plate is annealed in the cover furnace, most of which occurs in the middle of the strip, and a small amount is on the side.
3. Defects that may be caused by the leveling process: 316L stainless steel plate surface scratches or surface defects with small bright spots. The defects that produce small bright spots are caused by too little flow of leveling liquid, insufficient cleaning ability of roll and 316L stainless steel plate surface, so that too much iron powder sticks to the roll; 316L stainless steel plate surface scratches and roll wear too fast is due to the leveling fluid concentration is too low, poor lubrication performance.
