Welding points
1. The use of vertical external characteristics of the power supply, DC using positive polarity (welding wire to the negative electrode).
2. It is generally suitable for the welding of thin plates below 6mm, with the characteristics of beautiful weld molding and small welding deformation.
3. The protection gas is argon, the purity is 99.99%. When the welding current is 50~50A, the argon flow rate is 8~0L/min, when the current is 50~250A, the argon flow rate is 2~5L/min.
4. The length of the tungsten electrode protruding from the gas nozzle is 4~5mm, which is 2~3mm in the place where the shielding is poor such as fillet welding, and 5~6mm in the place where the groove is deep, the distance from the nozzle to the work is generally not more than 5mm.
5. In order to prevent the appearance of welding pores, welding parts such as rust and oil must be cleaned.
6. Welding arc length, welding ordinary steel, to 2~4mm is best, and welding stainless steel, to ~3mm is best, too long the protection effect is not good.
7. When docking the bottom, in order to prevent the back of the bottom weld bead from being oxidized, the back also needs to implement gas protection.
8. In order to make argon protect the welding pool well and facilitate the welding operation, the tungsten center line and the workpiece at the welding place should generally maintain an Angle of 80~85°, and the Angle between the filler wire and the workpiece surface should be as small as possible, generally about 0°.
9. Wind protection and ventilation. In windy places, please take measures to block the net, and in the room should take appropriate ventilation measures.
