Stainless steel pipe welding has high requirements for construction technicians, who must hold a pressure vessel qualification certificate in accordance with relevant national regulations to be on the job. Argon arc welding is the preferred welding method. If thick wall stainless steel pipe can also be welded with stainless steel electrode, when thin-wall stainless steel pipe is welded with socket, chalk powder should be brushed first before welding to ensure that the inert gas at the bottom is not released by air to ensure welding quality. If butt welding, the front and back of the pipe joint should be sealed with soluble paper, and inert gas should be injected into it, and welding at the same time.

Therefore, it is not recommended to use welding connection, the most practical and simple clamping connection, does not require high-tech workers, and there is no limit to the site.
