304 stainless steel processing method:

1. Etching method

3, the process

4, stamping processing

Stainless steel products, especially stainless steel belts, many times the most original processing method of the factory is the use of punches for stamping products. Stamping includes two ways of direct punching and stretching, the general hardness is less than 1/2 is the use of stretching and bending, hardness is higher than 1/2 will be hard, are direct punching.
