304 Cold rolled stainless steel sheet refers to a type of stainless steel that has been processed through a cold rolling process. Cold rolling involves passing the metal sheet through a series of rollers at room temperature, which results in a thinner and smoother product.

304 stainless steel is one of the most commonly used grades of stainless steel due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility, and good weldability. It contains an alloy of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which provides its corrosion-resistant properties.

Cold rolled 304 stainless steel sheet is used in a variety of applications, including kitchen equipment, medical equipment, chemical processing equipment, and architectural trim and molding. It is often used as a structural material in buildings and is also used in the production of appliances, automotive parts, and aerospace components.

Size: Size can be customized according to customer requirements, the common size range is 0.3-6mm thickness, 1000-2000mm width, 2000-6000mm length.
Surface treatment: Usually using 2B surface treatment, this treatment can make the board smooth and flat, good texture, easy to clean, suitable for most indoor and outdoor applications.
Chemical composition: The main components are chromium, nickel, carbon, silicon and manganese. Among them, chromium can improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, and nickel can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Mechanical properties: Excellent mechanical properties, with high tensile strength and high compressive strength, while the elastic modulus is relatively high. These excellent mechanical properties make 304 cold-rolled stainless steel plate widely used in shipbuilding, chemical equipment, medical equipment and other fields.
Corrosion resistance: It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in harsh environments, such as seawater, acid, alkali and other media.
