ASTM 304 stainless steel sheet is a standard specification for chromium and nickel stainless steel plate, sheet, and strip used for pressure vessels and for general applications. It is the most commonly used stainless steel grade and offers good corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent weldability. ASTM 304 stainless steel sheet is commonly used in food processing, chemical processing, medical devices, and marine applications. It has a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and a maximum hardness of 201 Brinell. The sheet is available in various thicknesses and sizes, and can be supplied in annealed, cold rolled, or hot rolled conditions.

Size: The thickness of stainless steel plate is 0.3mm to 100mm, the width is 1000mm to 3000mm, and the length is 2000mm to 12000mm.
Chemical composition: containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel, with good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Mechanical properties: with high strength and good toughness, can withstand high temperature and high pressure.
Surface treatment: It can improve its appearance and corrosion resistance through a variety of surface treatment methods, such as polishing, sandblasting, pickling and mirror polishing.
Application fields: Widely used in chemical engineering, oil and gas exploitation, pharmaceutical, food processing and construction and other industries.
