SS 304 plate is a type of austenitic stainless steel plate that contains chromium and nickel in it. It has an excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion. It is also known for its good form-ability and weld-ability properties. SS 304 plate is commonly used in various applications like food processing equipment, chemical processing equipment, automotive industry, and many more. The thickness of SS 304 plate ranges from 0.3mm to 120mm and the standard size is 1219x2438mm or 1500x6000mm.

Plate thickness: usually within the range of 0.3mm to 100mm, the thickness can be customized according to customer needs.
Size: The common standard size is 1000mm x 2000mm, 1220mm x 2440mm, 1500mm x 3000mm, etc., can also be customized according to customer needs.
Surface treatment: There are usually two treatment methods, namely mirror and matte. Mirror finish provides higher finish and surface smoothness; The matte finish can increase the surface roughness and improve the anti-slip performance of the material.
Plate hardness: The hardness of SS 304 steel plate is about 82-85 HRB (Rockwell hardness), which can be adjusted according to the production process.
Special treatment: SS 304 steel plate can be cold-drawn, cold-rolled, hot-rolled, annealed, passivated, pickling and other special treatment according to customer needs to meet different application needs.
