ASTM Wear Resistant Steel Plate
ASTM wear-resistant steel plate is a high-strength, high-wear-resistant steel plate with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance. ASTM wear-resistant steel plate can overcome the shortcomings of traditional steel that is easily failed due to wear. The main reason is that it has been optimized in material formulation. The hardening technology used on the surface of the steel plate can significantly improve the strength and weight ratio of the steel plate, thereby improving durability and wear resistance.
In addition, during the production process, ASTM wear-resistant steel plate will use a special heat treatment process so that it can be used in various atmospheric environments. At the same time, the steel plate is also scientifically controlled and balanced to make the surface hardness of the steel plate reach 60-65 HRC, thereby ensuring its extremely high durability and wear resistance.

Product Advantages
1. Excellent wear resistance: The chemical composition of the alloy wear-resistant layer of this ASTM wear-resistant steel plate has a carbon content of 4-5%, the volume fraction of Cr7C3 carbide in its metallographic structure reaches more than 50%, the macroscopic hardness is HRC56-62, and the hardness of chromium carbide is HV1400-1800. Since the carbides are distributed perpendicular to the wear direction, the wear resistance is more than doubled even compared with the casting alloy of the same composition and hardness.
2.Good impact resistance: The substrate of the ASTM wear-resistant steel plate is low carbon steel or low alloy. The wear-resistant layer resists the wear of the wear medium, and the substrate bears the load of the medium, and can withstand the impact and wear of the high drop hopper in the material conveying system.
3.Good heat resistance: The alloy wear-resistant layer is recommended to be used under ≤600℃ conditions. If vanadium, molybdenum and other alloys are added to the alloy wear-resistant layer, it can withstand high temperature wear of ≤800℃.
