Hardox Wear Resistant Steel Plate NM 360 400 450 500
The wear-resistant layer is mainly chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are also added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed like fibers, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. Carbide microhardness can reach more than HV1700-2000, surface hardness can reach HRc58-62. Alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperatures, maintain high hardness, and also have good oxidation resistance, and are completely normal for use within 500℃.
