• Chemical composition: The chemical composition of Mn13 ASTM A128 high manganese steel should meet the following requirements: C 1.05%, or less Mn11.0-14.0% Cr 2.00% or less, Si 1.00% or less, P 0.07% or less, S 0.035% or less, Ni 1.50% or less, Mo acuities were 0.50%, Cu 1.50% or less.
• Mechanical properties: the tensile strength of the high manganese steel should not be less than 1500MPa, the yield strength should not be less than 1200MPa, and the elongation should be ≥40%.
• Hardness: The hardness of this high manganese steel should reach HB200-250.
• Scope of application: Mn13 ASTM A128 high manganese steel is suitable for casting parts with high process requirements, such as heavy vibration screen, stone cutting machine and other fields.
• Features: The high manganese steel has high resistance to cutting wear and impact resistance, which can effectively extend the service life. In addition, it has excellent performance such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
