What is your payment method?
Our usual payment method is 30% wire transfer as deposit, and the balance is paid after seeing a copy of the bill of lading. For customers who have cooperated for more than one year, we accept 20% advance payment. In addition, we also do business on D/P and L/C basis.

What is your delivery time?
We have the goods in stock and we will deliver them within 5 days. If it is a production order with a quantity not exceeding 200 tons, the delivery time is generally within 20 days after the contract is stamped. For orders above 200 tons, the delivery time will be slightly longer.

Can you do partial shipment?
We will ship in batches or not in batches according to customer's requirements. Partial shipment is not a problem for us.

What is your minimum order quantity?
For stock items, we supply from one piece. If it is a production order, the minimum order quantity is 3 tons. Please note that due to higher unit cost, the price based on MOQ will be slightly higher than the full case condition.

Before cooperation, we would like a sample to check the quality, is that okay?
We can provide free samples to you, but the sample value does not exceed 30USD, you only need to pay the express fee. For samples over 30USD, half of the express fee and sample value will be borne by you, and the other half will be borne by us.

*What is the shipping method?
Sea transportation is the most important mode of transportation. We choose ship routes based on the fastest and fastest transportation time, not cheaper costs; if there are customer requirements, we will also do it according to the customer's requirements. We will also choose the railway when it is more convenient. Samples and papers will be shipped by air.
