NM400 NM450 Abrasion Resistant Steel Plate

NM450:

Performance characteristics: The NM450 wear-resistant plate has higher wear resistance and strength than the NM400, and is suitable for more severe wear environments. It provides a longer service life and better impact resistance.

Application: It is suitable for heavy-duty wear-resistant parts in coal yard operation and cement plant, such as chute lining, cyclone dust collector, powder separator blade, etc., as well as construction machinery and loading and unloading equipment parts that need stronger wear resistance.

NM400:

Performance characteristics: NM400 wear-resistant plate is a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, with excellent wear resistance and good impact performance. Its wear resistance is 12-18 times higher than low carbon steel, 5 times higher than stainless steel and high manganese steel, and 1 times higher than cast high chromium iron, thanks to its special alloy composition and heat treatment process.

Application: Widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery, engineering machinery and other industries. For example, as a loader, bulldozer, excavator bucket plate, side edge plate, bucket bottom plate, blade and other wear-resistant parts, as well as in the cement plant, power plant, steel industry chute, screen plate, coal bunker, hopper, fan, pipe and other wear-resistant parts.
