nm550 wear plate

NM550 wear-resistant plate is a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, which has a high resistance to wear.

The average hardness of NM550 wear-resistant steel delivered from the factory is 550HBW, and its mechanical properties are obtained by quenching.

NM550 has been successfully applied in high wear environment, and it also has excellent machinability, especially welding performance.

Examples of NM550 applications include loaders, excavators, dump trucks, conveyors, trucks, knives and crushers, waste cleaning and recycling equipment, and more

Toughness: -20℃, Akv = 24J

Transverse specimen bending test (typical value of 30MM thick steel plate) :

Formability: Bending core diameter >=7.0x sample thickness, bending Angle 180°

Test surface Brinell hardness test once per furnace (40t).
