1. Introduction of NM360 wear-resistant plate

NM360 belongs to wear-resistant steel plate (wear-resistant plate) series; Heat treatment: high temperature tempering, quenching + tempering (tempering) is widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery, engineering machinery, etc., and is also commonly used as a yield strength ≥700MPa high-strength structural steel; Mainly in the need for wear-resistant occasions or parts to provide protection, so that the equipment life is longer, reduce maintenance caused by maintenance downtime, the corresponding reduction of capital investment; The yield strength is more than 800MPa and the tensile strength is more than 1000MPa.

2. Size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of NM360

The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of the steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 709.

3.NM360 technical requirements

3.1 When Cu in steel is a residual element, its content should not be greater than 0.30%; When the total aluminum (Alt) content is used, the Alt should not be less than 0.015%. The permissible deviation of the chemical composition of the finished steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 222.

3.4 Smelting method: Steel is smelted by converter or electric furnace, and refined outside the furnace.

3.5 Surface quality: The surface of the steel plate is not allowed to have cracks, bubbles, scars, folds and inclusions and other defects. The steel plate must not be layered.

4.NM360 packaging, marking and quality certificate

The packaging, marking and quality certificate of the steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 247.
