Wear Resistant Steel Plate Ar450
Wear-resistant steel plate alloy between the wear-resistant layer and the substrate is a metallurgical bond. Through special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protective alloy welding wire is uniformly welded on the substrate, and the composite layer number is one to two or even multiple layers. Due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy during the composite process, uniform transverse cracks appear, which is a significant feature of the wear-resistant steel plate.
The gold wear-resistant layer is mainly chromium alloy, and other alloy components such as manganese, molybdenum, niobium and nickel are added. The carbides in the metallographic structure are distributed like fibers, and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the surface. Carbide microhardness can reach more than HV1700-2000, surface hardness can reach HRC58-62. Alloy carbides have strong stability at high temperatures, maintain high hardness, and also have good oxidation resistance, and are completely normal for use within 500℃.
