Chemical composition of NM360 wear-resistant steel plate:

Carbon C content: 0.25;

Si content: 0.70;

Mn content: 1.60;

P content: 0.025;

Sulfur S content: 0.015;

Chromium Cr content: 0.80;

Nickel Ni content: 0.50;

Molybdenum Mo content: 0.50;

Ti content: 0.050;

Aluminum Als content: ≥0.010;

NM360 wear-resistant steel plate features as follows:

High strength and hardness: the tensile strength of NM360 wear-resistant steel plate should not be less than 850MPa, and the hardness should not be less than HRC36. This high strength and hardness can ensure that the steel plate has high wear resistance and can withstand large loads and shocks.

High wear resistance: The wear resistance of NM360 wear-resistant steel plate is 2-3 times higher than that of ordinary low carbon steel, which can effectively resist friction and wear and extend the service life of mechanical parts.

Medium toughness: NM360 wear-resistant steel plate has high toughness, can withstand greater impact and vibration, to ensure that it has strong fatigue resistance in harsh working environments.

Good machinability: NM360 wear-resistant steel plate has good machinability, can be cut, drilling, bending, rolling and other processing operations, easy to process into a variety of complex mechanical parts.
