42CrMo4 steel plate is a kind of high-strength alloy structural steel, with excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance, widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and other fields.

The chemical composition of 42CrMo4 steel plate

includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, molybdenum and other elements, of which the carbon content is between 0.38-0.45%, the silicon content is between 0.17-0.37%, the manganese content is between 0.50-0.80%, the phosphorus content does not exceed 0.035%, and the sulfur content does not exceed 0.035%. The chromium content is between 0.90 and 1.20%, and the molybdenum content is between 0.15 and 0.25%.

The mechanical properties of 42CrMo4 steel plate

include yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, hardness and other indicators, of which the yield strength is not less than 835MPa, tensile strength is not less than 980MPa, elongation is not less than 12%, and hardness is between 229-269HB.
