51CrV4 steel plate is a higher level spring, used as a large section of high load important spring and operating temperature. 300 ℃ valve spring, piston spring, safety valve spring.

51CrV4 steel plate chemical composition:

Carbon C: 0.47 ~ 0.55

Silicon Si: ≤0.40

Manganese Mn: 0.70 ~ 1.10

Sulfur S: ≤0.030

P: ≤0.030

Chromium Cr: 0.90 ~ 1.20

Nickel Ni: ≤0.35

Copper Cu: ≤0.25

Vanadium: 0.10 ~ 0.25

Yield strength σs (MPa) : ≥1127(115)

Elongation δ5 (%) : ≥10

Section shrinkage ratio ψ (%) : ≥40

Hardness: hot rolling,≤321HB; Cold drawing + heat treatment,≤321HB

51CrV4 steel plate heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specification: quench 850℃±20℃, oil cold; Tempering 500℃±50℃(for special needs,±30℃)
