(2) Chemical composition (mass fraction, %) C 0.42, Mn 1.20, Cr 1.10, Mo 0.25, S< 0.015, Ni 0.80, Si 0.30.

(3) Refer to the corresponding steel number GB standard steel number 42CrM ○ 4, Japanese JIS standard steel number PDS3, Japanese JIS standard steel number SCM445, German DIN standard steel number 1.7225MOD.

(4) softening annealing standard annealing temperature 680 ~ 700°C, slow cooling in the furnace, hardness < 217HB.

(5) Quenching, tempering specifications Quenching temperature 830 ~ 860°C, oil cooling or 180 ~ 220°C salt bath, hardness after quenching 52HRC, tensile strength 1780MPa.

Tempering temperature 100°C/20(TC/30(rC/40(rC/50(rC/60(rC)), hardness 50HRC/49HRC/46HRC/ 42HRC/36HRC/28HRC.
