1. Chemical composition requirements: carbon (C) content in 0.52%-0.60%, manganese (Mn) content in 0.60%-0.90%.
2. Mechanical properties: tensile strength between 620 MPa and 1030 MPa, yield strength between 350 MPa and 930 MPa, elongation between 10% and 25%.
3. Heat treatment: Steel can be normalized or annealed, and has good processing properties.
