Galvanizing Principles of Galvanized Coil:
Galvanizing is one of the most effective ways to protect bare steel from corrosive environments. Not only does the zinc act as a barrier between the steel and the environment, it also sacrifices itself to protect the steel plate underneath. Sacrificial or galvanic protection occurs when two dissimilar metals come into contact and combine with water and oxygen. The zinc in steel is more susceptible to corrosion than iron. This protection prevents the steel from corroding in areas not covered by the zinc. Therefore, the spread of corrosion from cut edges, drilled holes, etc. is minimized.

Product Testing
All goods will be inspected after finishing manufacture, a series of tests will be carried out, such as,
- Thickness test of BMT&TCT;
- Width test;
- Zinc coating test;
- Hardness test;
