Hot dip galvanized coils are made from carbon steel that is coated with zinc using the hot dip galvanizing process. The end result of this process is a layer of zinc on each side of the steel coil, which is tightly bonded to the steel by forming an iron zinc alloy bond layer. This bond layer is formed through a diffusion process when the heated steel comes in contact with the molten zinc. We can provide hot dip galvanized steel coils to meet your ASTM requirements and with a variety of surface finishes.

All goods will be inspected after finishing manufacture, a series of tests will be carried out, such as,

• Thickness test of BMT&TCT;
• Width test;
• Zinc coating test; 
• Hardness test;
