Material No 1.8934 S960QL1
High strength and high fracture toughness; High impact strength; Excellent wear resistance. High strength wear-resistant steel through special heat treatment process, the steel has both high strength and high toughness, and good forging workability. The wear resistance is more than 2 times higher than that of high manganese steel and high chromium steel. Ultrahigh strength wear-resisting steel was alloyed by rare earth metamorphism, and the nanoscale bainite/martensite composite structure was obtained by certain process treatment.
Its tensile strength reaches 1 950 MPa, elongation after fracture 17%, section shrinkage 38%,HRC55,Aku72J, and comprehensive strength and toughness performance are good, which has great theoretical research value and application promotion value of strength and toughness. The steel has excellent machining properties, forging properties and welding properties. After isothermal quenching treatment, the strong plastic product reaches 51GPa%. The high strain rate deformation ballistic test indicates.
