The surface of the steel plate is not allowed to have cracks, bubbles, scars, cracks, folds, inclusions and pressed oxide and other defects. The steel plate must not be layered. If there are the above surface defects, it is allowed to clean up, and the cleaning depth shall not exceed half of the thickness tolerance of the steel plate from the actual size of the steel plate, and the minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be guaranteed.

A thin layer of oxide, rust, and roughness, scratches, and mesh defects caused by rolling caused by falling off the oxide sheet are allowed without hindering use. However, the defect depth shall not exceed half of the allowable tolerance of the thickness of the steel plate from the actual size of the steel plate, and the minimum thickness of the steel plate shall be guaranteed.
