Stainless steel plate pickling process, each section has different corrosive media, stainless steel plate pickling liquid medium status is as follows:

1. Raw acid:

Sulfuric acid: the liquid concentration in the tank is 150~300g/L, the temperature is <90℃, the concentration of the original liquid is 98%;

Nitric acid: the liquid concentration in the tank is 100~200g/L, the temperature is <90℃, the concentration of the original liquid is 65%;

Hydrofluoric acid: the liquid concentration in the tank is 40~60g/L, the temperature is <65℃, and the concentration of the original liquid is 70%.

2, mixed acid:

Nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid: the concentration of liquid in the tank is 40~60g/L, and the temperature is <65℃.

3. Waste water:

Acidic wastewater containing heavy metal ions, salts and fluoride ions.

4, exhaust gas:

Exhaust gas containing HF and NO×.

It can be seen from the above medium conditions that the corrosion of the medium is very strong, especially the concentration and temperature of sulfuric acid and nitric acid are relatively high, and they have strong oxidation. China Epoxy Resin Industry Association experts stressed that, therefore, in the pickling process medium storage and use of media equipment for anti-corrosion materials are very high requirements.
