ER316L stainless steel pipe can be welded with A132 electrode, but the effect is not the best, A022 electrode is more excellent.
A132 is a Cr19Ni10Nb stainless steel electrode with Nb stabilizer in titanium-calcium coating, which has excellent intergranular corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. It has excellent welding process and anti-porosity performance, and the coating is resistant to redness and cracking. It can be used for both AC and DC.
