The SS Pipe Pickling Seamless process consists of two parts: pickling and rinsing. Pickling is the process of removing an oxide film from a surface using strong acids, the most commonly used acids being a mixture of nitric and hydrofluoric acids. When pickling, special equipment is required to soak the acid onto the surface of the stainless steel tube, while controlling the soaking time and temperature to ensure that the oxide film is completely removed and the surface quality of the tube is maintained. In the process of clean water rinsing, the pickling solution is rinsed away from the surface of the pipe with water to avoid the damage of residual acids to the tube and the impact of surface quality.
