Preparation for welding Tube 316L Stainless Steel
1. First choose the wire suitable for argon tungsten arc welding, and prepare the pure Ar gas needed for argon tungsten arc welding, and the purity is required to be above 99.9%.
2. Before welding, clean the weld slope and groove, soak the clean and unadjusted in acetone, and wipe all joint areas repeatedly to remove dirt, debris, grease and so on. Welding tools should also be soaked in acetone solution for a period of time.

316l stainless steel pipe welding process

1. Inflate before welding. Before welding, use aluminum-platinum tape to seal the joint ends of the pipe to be welded and the break. Fill one end of the tube with argon gas, and open a 5mm hole in the other end of the tube, and fill the lower end of the tube with argon gas, after the argon is full, it can be welded.

2. When welding, tear the aluminum platinum tape of which the groove surface is, and weld a section and then tear another section, and always protect the tube with argon gas during welding.

3. After welding, wait a few minutes to stop the inflation protection.
