Cutting this sheet into six pieces of 1ft x 1ft size would result in sheets with a thickness of 1.1875mm or 0.046875 inches. These sheets could be used for various applications such as kitchen backsplashes, jewelry making, scientific research, or architectural designs.

If a thinner sheet is required, special orders or custom productions may be necessary. For example, a 1mm thick sheet of 316 stainless steel could be made by rolling or cold forming the metal to the desired thickness, followed by annealing and pickling to remove any stresses or impurities.
