Product Introduction

304 stainless steel plate with a BA (bright annealed) and 8K (mirror) finish provides a glossy, reflective surface that is suitable for decorative and architectural applications, as well as for components used in food service, medical and chemical processing, and other environments where high resistance to corrosion is required. The BA finish is achieved by annealing the steel in a controlled atmosphere to eliminate any surface defects or discolouration, while the 8K (mirror) finish is produced by polishing the surface with increasingly fine abrasives until a highly reflective finish is achieved. The resulting plate has a smooth, flawless surface that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the product, while also improving its resistance to wear, abrasion, and damage from exposure to moisture, heat, or chemicals.
