ASTM AISI Stainless Steel Plate 304 is a type of austenitic stainless steel commonly used in various applications such as food processing equipment, kitchen equipment, and chemical processing equipment. It contains a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, which gives it excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It is also known as UNS S30400 and is available in various thicknesses, widths, and lengths. The standard ASTM A240 specifies the requirements for 304 stainless steel plates, including chemical composition, mechanical properties, and testing methods.

Plate thickness: generally between 0.3-100mm, the size can be customized according to customer needs.
Surface treatment: Surface treatment methods such as polishing, pickling or sandblasting are usually used to meet the different requirements of customers for surface quality.
Composition requirements: 304 stainless steel is mainly composed of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, containing a small amount of carbon, phosphorus, sulfur and other elements, its chemical composition needs to meet ASTM AISI standards.
