Product Introduction

SS 304L is a low-carbon variant of the grade 304 stainless steel. It has a maximum carbon content of 0.03%, which makes it suitable for welding as well as high-temperature applications. The L in the name stands for low carbon, which gives the material better corrosion resistance and improved weldability compared to grade 304 stainless steel. SS 304L is commonly used in food processing, chemical, and petrochemical industries due to its excellent resistance to acids and alkaline solutions. It also has good machining properties and can be easily formed and shaped.
