NM600 steel plate delivery status introduction

NM600 Default: Quenched, quenched + tempered (tempering), TMCP+ tempered, tempered or hot rolled delivery

Where heat treatment as required in Article a is not specified, delivery shall be in stress-relieved or annealed condition
