The relevant standard in China is GBT 24186-2009 high-strength wear-resistant steel plate for construction machinery.
The hardness range of NM400 is 370-430HB, and the hardness range of NM500 wear-resistant steel plate is greater than or equal to 470 Brinell hardness. Of course, if the portable hardness tester is tested, the hardness value will be low, according to the standard is sampled (considering the heat affected zone), the surface is cold processed 1-2mm, and the desktop hardness tester test will be close to the test value of the steel mill.
