NM500 VS AR500 Wear resistant steel plate
500 wear-resistant plate is a wear-resistant steel plate with 500 Brinell hardness, and the actual hardness range is 470530HB. 500 wear-resistant plate thickness range 2mm103mm, the widest can be produced 3300mm width, the delivery state is (quenched or quenched and tempered).
The carbon equivalent of NM500, XAR500 and Hardox500 in the wear plate series is relatively high, which is slightly more difficult to weld than NM400 and NM450. The welding wire is generally selected as a low-strength material, such as ER70 wire, and the gas welding can be directly welded.
