X120mn12 Specifications (EN 1.3401) :

- Chemical composition: C 1.11%, Mn 12%, Si 0.3%, P 0.02%, S 0.01%, Cr 1.5%, Ni 0.3%, Mo 0.1%, V 0.1%;

- Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥ 900 MPa, tensile strength ≥ 1200 MPa, elongation ≥ 12%, impact toughness ≥ 24 J;

- Process performance: hardness and purity can be enhanced by heat treatment, but the welding performance is poor.

Mn13 Specifications (GB/T 5680-2010) :

- Chemical composition: C 1.05-1.30%, Mn 11.00-14.00%, Si ≤0.30%, P ≤0.020%, S ≤0.030%;

- Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥360MPa, tensile strength ≥840MPa, elongation ≥40%, impact toughness ≥35J.

- Process performance: hardness and life can be enhanced by heat treatment, and can be welded.
