1. Heat treatment process
The solution treatment temperature of 304 stainless steel welded pipe is 1080-1100℃, and the cooling method is water cooling or air cooling. The annealing temperature in the middle of cold processing is mostly 850-970℃, and the water is cooled after holding for a certain time. The structure of the steel after solution treatment is austenitic structure, and sometimes there is a small amount of ferrite.
Step 2: Welding
304 stainless steel welded pipe inhibits carbide precipitation during welding, and can be welded by a general method. Manual arc welding, containing carbon 0.04%-0.06% thin section size of 304 stainless steel can be used O 002 electrode, after welding does not produce intergranular corrosion tendency, for thick section, to maintain the resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding, need to carry out post-welding heat treatment, if not heat treatment, should be changed to 304L stainless steel or stable austenitic stainless steel.
